EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICIES
CONTACT: Please feel free to contact us at email@example.com regarding any issues, inquiries or questions and include your Order No. in the subject line. We urge you to review our return policies below prior to making contact.
CONDITIONS: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused merchandise in resellable condition with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
Only online credits will be given for returns.
Sale items are excluded from all returns.
STORE CREDIT: An online store credit is issued for any unwanted product returns, consider that unfortunately there are no refunds. A custom discount code will be issued to you for a one time use only and will never expire.
SHIPPING CHARGES: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges but we can provide return labels upon request for any returns made in the US only (please note that the return shipping charge $14 will be deducted from your store credit).
RESTOCKING FEE: Returns can be subject to a possible 30% restocking fee depending on the condition of the product(s) being returned.
DAMAGES: Damaged or defective items must be reported to us within 3 business days of receipt (if it is not reported, a credit cannot be issued). Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and please put your Order No. in the subject line.
EXCHANGES: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any exchanges by mail. Once we’ve received your return, we will issue you a custom discount code that can be used towards the correct item/size.
PROCESSING: Once your request has been received with the requested information, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return/exchange. Any excessive returns showing signs of fraudulent activity or wardrobing can result in refusal of service.
