Return Policies

We offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Once a return is started online, you have 30 days to send it back. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. Easy Masks and gift cards are non-refundable. 

 

  • All returned items must be in their original unwashed and unworn condition and must include any original packaging and including all tags.
  • Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment.
  • Store credit is only available in the US.

 

Exchange Policies

We provide a combination of free returns, U.S. free shipping, and store credit for all U.S. orders to make sure you receive the correct size/item. To get this going, log into your account and start an exchange process. After answering a few questions we’ll send over a prepaid return shipping label. After you ship the package back to us and the warehouse receives it, our warehouse will process your exchange and we’ll email you about your store credit refund. You can then use this store credit to make your exchange purchase.

Purchases may be returned within 30 days. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Note: All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all tags the item came with, except for Final Sale items and  Easy Masks are non-exchangeable.

Reason you’d want to exchange an item(s)

  • You want to exchange for a new size  because the item didn’t fit
  • You didn't like the color or the item itself
  • You found something else you like more
  • You received the wrong item
  • You want to exchange a gift 

No worries! We got you. You can start an exchange process within 30 day of the purchase date. After that, you can redeem your store credit refund to make your exchange purchase.
